Our Paul Farrell has successfully obtained leave for Nadejda Novacovschi to visit parents in Moldova while her case is held up by industrial action in the courts.
Paul read out the words of Ms Novacovschi in the court:
“I have not attempted, nor will I attempt to evade judicial proceedings. I am innocent and I will return in order to fully clarify this case until its conclusion.”
The case centers around illegal immigration arrest at Belfast Port.
