Paul Farrell is a highly respected solicitor advocate and founding director of McIvorFarrell Solicitors, a leading Belfast-based practice established in 1994. With over three decades of legal experience, Paul has built a formidable reputation for excellence in criminal defence, having represented clients in some of Northern Ireland’s most complex and high-profile cases.
Graduating from Queen’s University Belfast in 1990, Paul quickly distinguished himself in both commercial and criminal law before launching his own firm. He was among the first solicitors in Northern Ireland to be certified as an Advanced Advocate, and his expertise was recognised internationally when he was honoured
by the Brehon Law Society of New York in 2001 for outstanding criminal defence advocacy.
Paul also holds certification as a mediator and is a member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland, bringing valuable conflict resolution skills to both criminal and civil matters.
